Browsers

BikeRouteToaster.com is a web application that uses some of the latest web technologies. As such it runs best on the most recent web browsers. Most popular web browsers are supported. If you experience problems then please make sure that you are using the most up to date version of your chosen browser.

Supported Browsers

The following web browsers are supported:

• Internet Explorer 7
• Internet Explorer 8 (In IE7 compatibility mode)
• Firefox 3
• Opera 9.5
• Safari 3.1
• Google Chrome

Please note that Internet Explorer 6 is NOT supported.

Unfortunately Opera can no longer be a supported browser. BikeRouteToaster.com uses the Google Maps API for displaying maps and Opera is not supported by the Google Maps API. During testing of the latest version some display glitches were found in Opera, these glitches appear to be out of our control. Therefore we cannot recommend or support Opera for using BikeRouteToaster.com

At the time of writing Google does not list Chrome as a supported browser for the Google Maps API. However we have tested BikeRouteToaster.com with Google Chrome and not found any issues.
